Issue 6 - Spring/Summer 2006

Featuring folios by Henna Nadeem, Hellen van Meene, Robin Rhode, Tracey Moffatt and Peter Mitchell, the sixth issue of Photoworks looks to the relationship between photography and other media, opening up the magazine to a broader sense of visual culture.

This is developed through critical texts by some of the leading writers on photography and art, including David Chandler, Ian Jeffrey, Joan Fontcuberta and Mike Ricketts.

In addition, Gordon MacDonald talks to the influential documentary film-maker Nick Broomfield and Brett Rogers, Director of The Photographers’ Gallery, offers her thoughts on the future direction of the venue.
